⁶ We will pay you the Benefit Percentage for the eligible Vet Expenses incurred by you for Consultations up to the Benefit Limit (subject to the Sub-limit) as shown on your Certificate of Insurance. Consultations include home visits by the Vet.

⁷ List of specified conditions: cancer; feline lower urinary tract disease; gastrointestinal problems; ingestion of a foreign object; poisoning; diabetes; hyperthyroidism; heart disease; outer and inner ear infections; arthritis; and renal disease.

⁸ Some conditions are eligible for review after an 18 month period – this can be done on application or simply by submitting your claim. Refer to your PDS or our Pre-existing Conditions page for more details.

⁹ Cover is available for the life of your pet as long as Petinsurance.com.au continues to provide the product, and you renew your policy each year without any break, lapse or change in the level of cover. Cover and renewal are subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the policy for each policy period. See details in your Product Disclosure Statement.

¹⁰ Petinsurance.com.au policyholders get a 10% discount that applies to their second and subsequent Petinsurance.com.au policies only, based on the order that pet details are entered when you obtain a quote, or the order that policies are purchased (if purchased separately) (“Discount”). Discount is applied to your premium at the time of purchasing a second or subsequent policy for an additional pet, when purchased in the same transaction. For existing policyholders that wish to insure an additional pet, please call us on 1800 973 427 for the Discount to apply. To be eligible for the Discount, second and subsequent policies must be purchased from 7 November 2023. Application and order of the Discount is reallocated across remaining policies upon a policy cancellation, where there are two (2) or more active policies. Should a policy(s) be cancelled resulting in only one (1) remaining active policy, the multi-pet discount will cease to apply on the next renewal.
