Once you have purchased a policy, you will be eligible to receive your Potiki Perks Pack. We will send you an email (between the 8th and 10th week following the policy inception date) to register for your Potiki Perks. We will need to know the weight of your pet and preferences, which is why it is better to register closer to the time you are due to receive your package.
Once you have registered, we will deliver your package 3 months after the policy inception date.
The Potiki Perks program is evolving into a new and improved initiative designed to provide you with even greater value.
Starting August 1, 2024, the updated Potiki Perks program changes, whereby we will offer discounts on tick and flea treatments (soon to come) and include a wide array of additional discounts across various categories.
With the launch of the new Potiki Perks App, you will gain access to exclusive offers, everyday savings, and unbeatable discounts

All policies taken up between 1 July 2023 and 1 August 2024 will include a grace period and will receive the the existing perks offer untill 1 July 2025. We will provide access to the new platform on sign-up.
Existing Policy Holders: All policies taken up (from the Potiki launch) until 30 June 2023 will immediately move to the new Perks Platform
